Hāpai established Hāpai Puhinui Whenua LP, a new joint venture with Russell Property Group and Te Ākitai Waiohua (mana whenua) to co-invest in a land rezone opportunity in Wiri, Auckland.

The site is 8.12ha (~6.7ha useable). Like Beachlands, this partnership draws on the Hāpai values of partnering with mana whenua to unlock collective value.
