Andy has extensive governance and management experience having served as a CEO, Chair and Board member on listed companies, charities, investment companies, and start-up entities for over 20 years. Andy is currently a Chief Executive for a start-up in the industrial manufacturing sector.
PAUL MAJUREY

Paul has extensive governance experience. He chairs statutory entities and companies, including Chair of Te Pūia Tāpapa (Māori Investment Fund). He also chaired three iwi/ hapū collectives, comprising some 30 tribes.

Paul is nationally recognised environmental lawyer, specialising in leading large commercial and infrastructure projects for New Zealand’s largest corporates. He has appeared as senior counsel before the Privy Council, Supreme Court and specialist environmental and Treaty courts.
Paul has served on several Ministerial RMA technical advisory groups and is a co-author of the leading environmental law textbook.
BRONWYN KOROHEKE

Bronwyn is the current Director for Te Pakahi o Maru Management, the General Partner for Te Kahui Mau LP, and is on the Boards of a number of intestments held by Ngāti Maru Iwi. She is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of experience and a seasoned finance professional, having spent over 25 years working across Māori economic development — including the tertiary education sector, broadcasting, and iwi settlements.

Tony has had a very successful 50-year career in the property and construction sector, commencing his career as a quantity surveyor, then moving through various roles into property development and property investment. has worked for some of New Zealand’s major players in the property and construction sector including, Fletcher, Downer, Landcorp Property and Ngāi Tahu Property.
Tony now has an independent career as an advisor and director. He currently holds several governance roles, principally in the property and construction sector.

Sir Henry was influential in the evolution of New Zealand’s dairy industry and was a key player in the creation of Fonterra. Sir Henry become Chairman of Fonterra in 2002, standing down a decade later in 2012.
Since 2012 Sir Henry has chaired Auckland International Airport Limited, Tainui Group Holdings Limited, Rabobank New Zealand and Rabobank Australia.
Today he is Chair of Raukawa Iwi Developments Limited, Sun Energy Farms Limited and Rimu SA / Manuka SA in Chile. In addition to these chairmanship roles, he isa Director of Foodstuffs North Island Limited, Foodstuffs New Zealand Limited, Pascaro Investments Limited, Better Eggs Limited and is a Director of a number of his own family businesses.
As he approaches the back end of his corporate governance career, his focus is shifting to the regions where his family reside, and family businesses operate. His primary focus is on community and improving the lives of people that live within those communities.
In 2009, Sir Henry was appointed a Distinguished Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit.

Dion holds governance roles as the Chair of Te Rua o Te Moko Limited (Farming company) and Chair of Autism Connex ( Charitable Trust).
He is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Toi Foundation and previously held the same role for both PKW Incorporation and WITT.
Dion’s skills and experience encompass strategic and capital planning, policy development, and investment analysis. In recent times Dion has had significant involvement with the merger and acquisition of investments in particular a strong emphasis on impact investment initiatives designed to promote social good for the community while achieving appropriate financial returns.
MANAGEMENT
Koau Capital Partners Ltd is contracted as Hāpai Management and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Koau has a proven 12-year track record supporting Iwi commercial growth:
Comprehensive experience in Iwi investment management including supporting negotiation of commercial settlements, post-settlement structuring, investment strategy, executing commercial settlement rights, portfolio capital allocation and general management of Iwi commercial arms.
Successful track record of establishing, structuring and managing scale collective iwi investments in the property, agriculture, forestry, tourism, infrastructure, seafood and private capital sectors.
Dedicated property resource with strong property acquisition, funding, development management, value add and lease management experience.
