Moroki

Moroki was the first build to rent project developed by Hāpai Housing. Located in Tāmaki and catering for working professionals and small families.

A medium density development offering long-term (10 year) rental opportunities, Moroki consists of 48 apartments across three 3-storey buildings and a duplex. The community is renowned for its sustainability features and includes mixed typologies, shared outdoor space, food gardens, and native landscaped zones.
