Hāpai’s investment in Beachlands South LP – in partnership with mana whenua Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki, NZ Super and Russell Property Group is progressing well with the private plan change consent fully approved and ratified by Auckland Council.

The project will now focus on development and construction of mega lots and super lots for sale. This opportunity was born out of the strong relationship with Ngāi Tai ki Tamaki whom Hāpai has partnered with previously in Hāpai Commercial.
